The NTIR640T ultra-miniature 640 uncooled infrared core module is a groundbreaking product with an ultra-compact size of only 13×13mm×18.8mm (including 6.1mm lens) and a total weight of <4g, redefining the new standards for weight, size and power consumption (SWaP) in the infrared module industry. The module adopts a long-wave infrared detector with a pixel size of 8μm and a planar array scale of 640×512, featuring higher resolution to capture more detailed information. With an ultra-low power consumption operation of 0.4W and a variety of SDK solutions, it fully meets the stringent requirements of compact integrated systems such as UAVs, micro pods and FPV for structural load, system integration and iterative development of thermal imaging modules. Meanwhile, a variety of lightweight infrared lenses are available for selection. The core module measures only 13×13×12.1mm (excluding optical components), with an overall size of 13×13×18.8mm including the 6.1mm lens and a total weight of <4g. It redefines the SWaP (Size, Weight and Power) standards for infrared modules, perfectly adapting to the integration requirements of compact devices.
Equipped with a 640×512 long-wave infrared detector with 8μm pixel pitch, it features a response waveband of 8~14μm, a NETD of ≤40mK @25℃ (F#1.0) and a 60Hz high frame rate. It captures more detailed information for clear and smooth imaging.
Three lightweight athermal infrared lenses (6.1mm/8.7mm/11mm F1.0) are available, with adaptive field of view (FOV) and instantaneous field of view (IFOV) for different observation needs. No additional thermal compensation is required, ensuring high imaging stability.
Typical core power consumption is ≤0.4W (25℃, excluding interface board). Adopting a multi-channel power supply design (Main_Power 3.8V~5V, VDD1V8 1.8V, VDD3V3 3.3V), it features low power consumption and strong power supply compatibility, suitable for the endurance requirements of portable and wireless devices.
Supports Shutterless technology, digital filter noise reduction and digital detail enhancement. Brightness and contrast are adjustable manually/automatically, with black-hot/white-hot polarity switching and vertical/horizontal/diagonal image mirroring. Pseudo-color is supported in specific versions for flexible imaging effect adjustment.
Equipped with a Hirose 30-pin connector, it supports 8Bit LVCMOS, BT656, 2lane MIPI digital video (select one of the three), and CVBS analog video. It includes a 1.8V UART control interface (customizable IIC 1.8V available) and USB2.0 in specific versions, meeting the interface requirements of different system integrations.
Operable at -40℃~+70℃ (storage temperature: -45℃~+80℃) and resistant to 5~95% humidity (non-condensing). It withstands 2g random vibration (3 axes, 6 directions) and 6g shock (2ms rear peak sawtooth wave, 3 axes, 6 directions), adapting to complex and harsh working conditions.
